White Rose Office Park is pleased to welcome leading global digital sports content and media company; Perform Media. Taking up a 15-year lease to occupy the striking grade A office space, the brand will sit prominently at the entrance to the business park. Growing their already existing presence in Leeds, Perform Media have chosen to take up the 40,000 sq ft space, located on a key arterial route in to Leeds city centre, as their global headquarters.

The total area amounts to 74 acres including the existing White Rose Office Park.
The new station along with this large area of economic regeneration in South Leeds will attract not only new international digital businesses to locate there but will also provide a new area of exciting residential accommodation and two new hotels, a new primary school and a new doctors surgery and A&E unit.
The new station will be the catalyst for this exciting regeneration providing not only new jobs but also housing all located in a car free environmentally and user-friendly area with a train service straight into Leeds City Centre.“
