Last month White Rose Office Park launched The Hive, our new intranet system for occupier staff members, as part of our continuing efforts to make White Rose Office Park a world-class businesses location in Yorkshire.
What is The Hive?
We made the decision to replace our previous intranet system in mid-2015 to provide a more feature rich, customisible environment for users. With features including exclusive retail, dining and travel discounts, park-wide competitions and a calendar of on-site events; The Hive further enhances the White Rose Office Park as a business destination with staff well-being and a discernible work-life balance at the centre of everything we do.
The new Hive portal replaces the previous intranet system and introduces a range of new features making it more interactive, inclusive and informative. The Hive seamlessly merges on-site information such as Park events, menus from our on-site restaurant and details of our on-site nursery with a wide range of external content to suit all interests.
What our occupiers have said…
The new Hive has been extremely well received by staff from all our occupiers. With one new employee at one of our occupiers stating:
“we have just started at White Rose Office Park, we love it [here].”
and another staff member making specific reference to how useful he found the information on the website, commenting that the Hive’s travel pages had “prompted him to consider commuting to the Park by bus.” It is this focus on staff, which delivers unrivalled retention rates for our current occupiers and satisfaction levels of their staff, that continues to drive our Hive community.
